21st FEBRUARY... TODAY IS PANCAKE DAY
hello again! do you know what Pancake Day is? Pancake Day in the UK ( United Kingdom) is also known as Shrove Tuesday.
As you can read later, it is celebrated the day before Ash Wednesday and it is the last day of Carnival. During the following 40 days will be Lent.
It is traditionally a day of fun and feasting. People prepare the delicious pancakes and eat them this day.
In 2012 Pancake Day is on the 21st February.
In USA, it is called Mardi Gras.

Allá vamos! primero, me presentaré.
